Billing, insurance & hours

What to expect when it comes to paying for your visit and when you can reach us.

Payment and insurance

Payment is due at the time of your visit. This includes co-payments, deductibles and any services your plan doesn't cover.

We accept Medicare and most insurance plans. So we can file claims for you, bring your insurance card or cards and your driver's license to every visit.

Some tests or procedures may not be covered. Check your coverage with your insurance company before your visit.

We accept cash, local checks, and major credit cards.

There is a 3.25% fee for all credit card transactions.

Billing questions? Call 727-869-7822 and ask for the billing office, extension 224.

Cancellations and no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. This lets us offer your time to another patient who needs to be seen.

Patients who miss an appointment without notice, or who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged a $50 fee.

To cancel or reschedule, call 727-869-7822.
